CULTIVATE GENEROSITY

WE CARE ABOUT
OUR COMMUNITY.

Being a good neighbor is a big part of our philosophy.

One of the ways we connect with the communities where we live and do business is through providing philanthropic support that specifically addresses programs in the Northern Virginia/DC-Metro area focusing on children, veterans, and health and human services.

In order to create greater impact, we leverage a powerful combination of funding and volunteerism, both addressing the needs of the community and supporting the passion of our employees. These activities help create a ripple effect of positive change and economic stability in communities in which we live and work.

If you know of a local 501c3, focusing on children, veterans, or health and human services issues, that could need some marketing assistance – for one full year – please have them apply. Grant applications are due on November 30th and decisions are made on December 25th.

Invest Local – Impact Eternal

Backpack Buddies Foundation provides funding to over 20 grassroots organizations throughout Loudoun County that are dedicated to providing weekend and extended break meals to 3,000+ students who might otherwise go hungry. We love that almost 100% of every dollar donated goes back to the community.

We love that Tree of Life extends a hand up and not a handout. They are dedicated to forever changing the lives of the poor and needy in the Loudoun County community. Their objective is to meet on just one but all the needs that an individual or family may have such as food, lifeskills, shelter, healthcare or relief. They are our 2020 grant recipient.

ECHO empowers individuals with disabilities to achieve their optimal level of personal, social and economic success by offering lifelong support for adults with disabilities. They provide skill building, job placement, day support and transportation. We love how their services empower individuals to be active members of the community.

FCA focuses on serving local communities around the globe by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to unite, inspire and change the world through the gospel. We serve on the local FCA board and many on our team support this mission with their own time, talent, and treasure.

Loudoun Habitat for Humanity was our 2018 Marketing Grant recipient. We have helped them celebrate 25 years of brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Several on our team have built homes, supported their fundraising events, and volunteer at events.

Though not local, for the past 65 years World Vision has been empowering people out of poverty for good. Corporately we sponsor children in Africa, South America, and Eastern Europe. We even gifted an arc on behalf of our clients one Christmas season.

We love the mission of The Arc of Loudoun: to maximize the potential of children while supporting families and individuals with disabilities so that they may thrive in the community. They were our 2014 Marketing Grant recipient … but many of us still volunteer at Shocktober and at various events throughout the year.

ASP provides one of the most rewarding structured service opportunities in the nation — bringing thousands of volunteers from around the country to rural Central Appalachia to repair homes for low-income families. Some of our staff take a week off of work to volunteer in rural Virginia and corporately we support this mission annually.

We are ready to lend a hand to those most in need and apply our talents whenever they may be of assistance.
